Our staffing structure enables us to provide you with the pro-active service necessary to deliver the right Programmes for your people.

The Directors of EAP Services Limited are Rod Berry, situated in our Head Office in Auckland and Philip McMahon in our Wellington Regional office. Both are members of EAPA, the international professional body for EAP Programme providers.

Both Rod and Philip play an active role in the day-to-day management of EAP Services Limited.

Rod is also a Board member and Secretary of the Singaporean based Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable (APEAR), a multinational professional body established to promote Employee Assistance Programmes in the Asia Pacific Region.
