How to connect to health data
There are two ways of connecting your habithealth+ to the Apple Health app.
Please follow the instructions below.

Enabling Apple Health (iOS Devices)
Through the Apple Health app
Step 1: Open the Apple Health app
Open the Apple Health app from your phone.
The app has a heart icon.
Note: If you don't have the app, please download it from the App Store.
Step 2: Enable "Sharing"
On the app, click the "Sharing" tab on the bottom option, then scroll down and click "Apps and Services".
On the "Apps and Services" page, click "habithealth+".
Step 3: "Allow" habithealth+
In the "habithealth+" page, click the "Turn On All" option to allow the app to analyse your health data.
All done! You have enabled habithealth+ to analyse your health data.
Please allow for a few days before checking on your habithealth+ scores as the app needs to understand your pattern.

Through the phone setting
Step 1: Open your phone settings.
On your phone settings, scroll down and look for the "Health" app and click it.
Step 2: Enable "Data Access"
On the "Health" app page, click "Data Access & Devices" and then click "habithealth+".
Step 3: "Allow" habithealth+
In the "habithealth+" page, click the "Turn On All" option to allow the app to analyse your health data.
All done! You have enabled habithealth+ to analyse your health data.
Please allow for a few days before checking on your habithealth+ scores, as the app needs to understand your pattern.

Enabling Google Fit (Android Devices)
Through the habithealth+ app
Step 1: Connecting the app
Make sure you have the Google Fit app on your Android device.
The app has a colourful heart icon.
Note: If you don't have the app, please download it from the Google Play Store.
Step 2: Enable "Sharing"
On the habithealth+ app on your Android device, click the "Find out more" button on the home screen, then click "Connect Google Fit".
Step 3: "Allow" habithealth+
On the settings menu, please click the "Permissions" option and then the "Physical activity".
Click the "Allow" option to allow the app to analyse your health data.
Then, click the back arrow to go back to the main settings menu and toggle off the "Remove permissions if app is unused" to prevent the app from losing the integration.
All done! You have enabled habithealth+ to analyse your health data.
